Dr. Judith C. Rodríguez is a Registered Dietitian (R.D.), President of NutriSpan, Inc., and Professor in the Department of Public Health in the Brooks College of Health at the University of North Florida (Jacksonville, FL). She completed a Bachelor of Science degree at New York University, Dietetic Internship at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston, and a Master's degree at New York University.
